A self-motivated and energetic businesswoman, Pam participates in every aspect of an organization's marketing development. Pam has been recognized by her peers and businesses throughout Southern New Jersey for her unique and innovative approach to the creation and development of programs, events, publications, and support for the business community.

Crystal L. McCargar
Director of Operations
Crystal, a veteran in event development and planning, has several years' experience in marketing and communications. A native Texan, Crystal earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of Texas.
She continually is intrigued with our change of seasons and each football season, Crystal endures the challenge of being a Cowboys fan (birth right) in Eagle country. Despite her football handicap, Crystal brings a fresh perspective to the SJBB Community.

Bob Malkin
Director of Marketing
Bob has more than 30 years experience in Sales, Sales Management and Marketing in both Business to Business and Retail Management. Prior to working with Biz Buzz, Bob has managed Sales Teams for Conectiv Communications, The Pants Set, Inc. and has headed marketing for various telecommunication and security companies as well as total operations of a large regional retail organization. He has lived in South Jersey for over 30 years and has been involved in many chambers of commerce and networking groups. Bob believes networking is the best and most efficient way of promoting business and an online community is the new way to sustain and build your business. Bob will be marketing membership and advertising for Biz Buzz as well as building a regional and national sales team.

Christie Gibson
Relationship Manager
Christie brings to Biz Buzz a thorough understanding of business management. Having worked with both small and mid-sized companies in management, finance and development aspects, Christie understands the intricacies involved in operating businesses of all sizes. Having worked with a local Chamber of Commerce, she also has extensive experience in membership and event promotion, which makes her a perfect addition to the team. Christie will be focusing on Membership Development at Biz Buzz. She is our newest player, but it feels like she has been here since the launch. Her energy and excitement is unmatched and we are fortunate to have her on board.

Spencer Broad
Association Liaison
Spencer Broad acts as an Account Executive for Colonial Life, the leading Benefit Communication, Benefit Enrollment, and Voluntary Supplemental Benefit Company in the country. Prior to working with Colonial, Spencer spent 20 years in the health care profession specializing in Chiropractic Rehabilitation. He has called South Jersey his home since 1989 and has grown his current business primarily through business-to-business networking. As a strong proponent of the concept and practice of networking, Spencer has aligned himself with SJBB and will primarily be acting as an Association Liaison. He will be involved in the reaching out and education process of networking groups and associations throughout the eight county region so that each group and their individual members may be able to maximize their business exposure.
